How to sync ebook from PC to android phone?

I am a new ADE user, as I recently started using ADE to read ebooks. I use ADE mostly on my Windows 10 notebook (ADE 4.5.1), but I got the android app (ADE 4.5.1) on my smartphone and I'd like to be fully able to use it on the phone as well. I use underlining and notes while reading my books, so I'd like to have them synced on the phone app, along with the book itself. How can I share a book from the notebook to the phone app, keeping the notes and the underlining? I have an AdobeID of course and I authorized both the phone and the notebook app.
Please guide me step by step, as I am new to the app and am not an expert.
