How to take downloaded PDFs over new my computer.

How to take downloaded PDFs which can be opened in activated my Adobe Digital Editions 4.5 over new my computer. New my computers also runs Adobe Digital Editions as my adobe ID. I read FAQ before this question but the answer has only specifications when transfer from old PC to new PC. Thank you for your cooperation. It is my first question in my life.
