How to transfer books from ADE to GoodNotes

Hi. I have all of my school textbooks downloaded on ADE, I need help with one of the following. 

1. Save them to my device 

2. Save them as PDF (some of them are EPUB and some are HTML) 

3. Save them to google drive or one drive or Dropbox 

please help! I'm a university student
