How to transfer epub files to windows or android device

I bought a lot of ebooks many years ago. I have a special read-device but I want to open my epub files on my android phone version 10 and to my window 10 pc. How do I add these epub files from onedrive/google drive to my devices?? Add them to the library in the Adobe digital editions 4.5 ??
