My computer, an HP laptop, failed and HP replaced the main board. All my data and files were lost. Now I can't get ADE to authorize my computer. What can I do?

    What is the exact error that you are getting ?

    The error message is: You can only authorize this computer with an Adobe ID hasn't been previously used to authorize any other computer or mobile devices. Please try again.
