HTTP 400 Error When Trying to Download Ebook from Kobo

Tried to download several ebooks from Kobo to read on my computer.  Every single title I tried to download, I received and HTTP Error 400 Contact Site Owner.  Tried to troubleshoot with Kobo who looked into everything and then sent me here.

Took a screenshot just in case it would help solve the problem.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
