I am behind a proxy and can't download license info

I purchased a document and get the following:

"Unable to download.

Error getting License.  License Server Communication Problem:

E_ADEPT_NO_FULFILLMENT_RESULT"

I am signed to Adobe Editions, but when I try to add something to the library I get the error.
