I am getting the error code " E LIC ALREADY FULFILLED BY ANOTHER USER" i have deauthorized my ID and reauthorized it but continue to get the same error code

I am not sure what you mean by this - I have downloaded the book onto my computer into an acsm file and when I try to open that file in ADE I get the error code I mentioned.
