I am getting the Error Dialog "Loan token not found"

I am getting the Error Dialog on my Nook Glow "Loan token not found".

I called my library for Overdrive and Adobe Digital Edition 4.5 help. We walked through everything including reloading, reauthorizing and deleting. Nothing seems to work.

I need a new solution.

This is a new problem, last time I downloaded an ebook the ADE was 3.0 and I had windows 8. I now have windows 10 and adobe digital 4.5 and a new Overdrive.

    Can you download and open the eBook Digital Edition?

    Yes. i have the adobe digital Editions 4.5 on my computer and I can open the books in there.
