I am having issues transferring library books from ADE to a new Kobo.

Question

When I try to transfer a library book from ADE library to a new Kobo Clara I get the message 'Failed to authorise device'. But when I try to authorise the device, I get the message 'Activation Server Error' 'Digital Editions encoutered an error on the activation server'.  Can you help please.
