I am trying to authorize my computer and am getting an error message....

I am trying to authorize my computer and am getting an error message.......... digital editions could not connect to the activation server.  Please make sure you are connected to the internet.

I have gone into my computer settings and added adobe digital to allow though the firewall .. but still no luck.
