I am trying to deauthroize Adobe Digital Editions - but the process does not let me

I am trying to deauthroize Adobe Digital Editions. When I get to a page that asks me do I really want to do that, and answer YES, I get a message: "Unable to Erase Authorization, please try after some time". I have tried "later" every day last week and always get the same message. What to do? Ana
