I am trying to download an ebook. Giving error: Unable to download. Error getting licence: Licence server communication problem: E_ADEPT_NO_TOKEN

I am trying to download an ebook.  It is giving the following error in Adobe Digital Editions ver 3.0: Unable to download.  Error getting licence: Licence server communication problem:  E_ADEPT_NO_TOKEN.  I am running Windows 7 Home Premium.
