I am trying to download my book but it keeps saying that it is already authorized by another user

I tried downloading the book a while ago, and it never showed up in the digital editions application. But not I need it since its a textbook and I don't have access to it because I must have somehow downloaded it under a different user and now I can't get it to download at all since its already authorized by another user...both of which would be me. Is there a way to find out which user it is authorized by??
