I am trying to get a library E book to my KOBO, when I try and drag it to my KOBO...error message CE copy not allowed.

I have downloaded the ADOBE Digital 2 version, does not work.  I have a pw and authorization to get into the adobe account.....I do not know what to do next ...HELP!!!!

    Has you authorize Digital Edition and your Reader with the same adobe ID?
