I am very fustrated with customer care and I want to get help getting Error message Activation Server error code: E_AUTH_NOT_READY

Sure hope this is where I post this message as customer care won't help me, am trying to authorize my computer so can download my library books on my new reader and I don't know how to get past this error  Thanks
