I bought new Notebook and got follwing message: E_LIC_ALREADY_FULFILLED_BY_USER

Dear All,

I hope someone could help me. I bought an new notebook and install ADOBE digital edition. I couldn´t registered my new Notebook. I reseted my PW and created a new one. My New Notebook is now sucessful registered. But now I can´t open my datafile. I got this message :E_LIC_ALREADY_FULFILLED_BY_USER.

Could someone help me please.
