I can not download a book a purchased in 2011. I deleted my hard drive and reload all the programs. But can not download a book. The error message I get is: "Error getting License. License Server Communication Problem: E_ADEPT_DOCUMENT_TYPE_UNKNOWN". I use a Mac Pro.
