I can not scroll down or turn pages in any of my books.

Hi,

I can not scroll down or turn pages in any of my books. I have the books downloaded, they are manuals for work. They appear to have downloaded fine. Adobe help desk said to post my question here as they have 'limited support' for this ADE. My computer is authorized. I can't even turn the pages for the 'getting started with ADE' book. So all books are completly unusable.
