I can’t access a book i purchased

Hello, 

i bought a book for my class, created an account for adobe digital edition and now I can't even access the book it keeps asking me to authorize and not letting me go through that page that has my email and password  even though it's not sending me anything via email to authorize 

what shall i do in this case ?
