I can’t authorize my device to use ADE

I’ve just begun using ADE, and I can’t use it because it won’t authorize my device. Please fix it!

    I have not been able to authorize ADE either, and have tried using my Overdrive account, Adobe ID and Google ID. Keeps saying it does not recognize, or incorrect password.
