I can't authorize my kobo glo in ADE

I did a factory reset on my Kobo, now I can't transfer library ebooks from ADE to my Kobo. I have uninstalled ADE and reinstalled it. I have set up a new ID,  but all my old info keeps coming up in my new installs.
