I can't change authorization of my computer

hello,

I can't change the authorization of my PC because it seems that the account is already linked to another computer (see file) but i don't know which one. I checked on my old PC  but ADE isn't installed on it.

I need this authorization to upload the ebooks to my ebook reader.

Can you help me?
