I can't import my books in the library with ADE3 or ADE4 since I upgraded to Windows 10

I can't import my books in the library with ADE3 or ADE4 since I upgraded to Windows 10. Someone have the same problem?

The books open in ADE and I can read it but when I try to close, ADE says that the book isn't in the library and propose me to copy it but I get an error message and I can't close ADE
