I can't open a pdf Adobe DRM anymore with Adobe Digital Edition

I BOUGHT a Pdf from libreriauniversitaria.it called: "Analisi contrastiva delle strategie di cortesia nella lingua italiana e spagnola: proibizioni, richieste e ordini".

This pdf is associated with Adobe DRM protection which has to be opened with Adobe Digital Edition. So I downloaded Adobe Digital Edition and I was able to read this pdf.

The point is that I unfortunately had to format (actually it is called "ripristino" in Italian) my computer. After this, I can't open anymore this pdf. So I changed my password, but it said me this: "the vendor account is not associated with the item I am trying to open"

How can I solve this problem? I already contacted adobe support and they told me that the only way is this forum.
