I can't turn the pages

I already wrote on another occasion (weeks ago) and I was not answered.

Please. I have Digital Editions installed. I had it on another computer, this one crashed, and I have installed it on a new computer, I have opened my user in the Digital Editions installed. The books open but do not turn the pages. That is, in the lower viewer you see that the page turns, but the pages are not displayed, it stays on the first page of the book. And when I close and reopen, then it opens on the last page that was moved (and was previously not displayed). I add video capture, to see if it explains better.
