I cannot de-authorize my digital editions as it is registered to an email address that I do not have access to and do not know the password to.

I cannot de-authorize my digital editions as it is registered to an email address that I do not have access to and do not know the password to.  I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling but it still shows the email address I cannot use.  Please can someone help?
