I cannot download (fulfill) books from the Internet Archive library

I cannot download (fulfill) books from the Internet Archive library. Over Chrome it sends me a 404 message (look at picture). Over Firefox (my default) no response at all. I already erased my cookies, cache, and temp files.

Please, help...
