I cannot open my file on other devices

Hello, 

I can see my pdf. file on my tablet, but when I log in on my laptop I have an error while opening it.
The message says "Unable to download. Error getting License Server Communication Problem". 
I have checked on tabled that Auto Download is enabled. 

The version of Adobe Digital Editions on Apple tablet is 4.5.11.187480
And on Windows computer 4.5.11.187303

Adobe Technical support cannot help and referred me to this forum.
