i cannot read my ebook in adobe digital

My book was authorized on my computer without ID . I needed to install Adobe Digital again and  now can not access the ebook.

If I use the link provived for my vendor the error is e_lic_already_fulfilled_by_anothe_user!

Can I restore and link it with my Adobe ID ? How can i view my book back ?
