I cant sign into illustrator.

Hi, I cant sign into adobe illustrator when the application in open using the icon on the top of my screen, so I cant use my typekit fonts. I can sign in on the webpage. I may have deleted some downloads a few days ago while clearing space on my laptop.

What should I do next?
