I checked out a ebook in epub format. When I download it, digital editions freezes on fulfilling status bar

I upgraded to latest version 4.5.1, authenticated with my Adobe ID.

I also tried re-downloading the ebook and restarting the computer.

Using Windows 10

Right Click to Digital Edition and run as Admin. Then go to file > Add to Library.
