i don`t know what should i do

i installed nitro program to convert word to pdf but i couldn`t open pdf  after installing nitro program so i uninstalled  nitro program but form this time  adobe reader didn`t work again i installed adobe reader  today and didn`t work also i try to open it but it disappear quickly
