I downloaded a textbook onto PC without verifying my computer.

Now I can't access it on my mobile.

 

I need this book to study and can't afford to buy another copy - please help!

I got told that the only way is to buy it again and open it after verifying your computer and login into your account. I managed to get a refund for the first textbook right away.
