I have a MacBook and I downloaded Adobe Digital Edition 3.0.  Unfortunately, I rushed the set up and did not authorize the application.  Now I cannot move my e-books to my B&N Nook Glowlight.  How can I resolve this authorization?

In this case you should contact your book reseller. See KB: https://helpx.adobe.com/digital-editions/kb/e-lic-already-fulfilled.html

"Check the Adobe ID used to currently authorize Adobe Digital Editions. If it is correct, contact the e-book provider to have the activation reset for the e-book. After the activation is reset, download the e-book again and it is associated with the account activated in Adobe Digital Editions."

"This error happens because the book is assigned to another user or something has gone wrong with the migration from anonymous activation to named activation."

    I am not following.

During setup wizard I am suppose authorize the application Adobe Digital Edition on my laptop.  I did not do that the first time around and now after uninstalling and re-installing the application Adobe Digital Edition the setup wizard skips the authorization step.  Because I did not authorize the application any book I download to my laptop will not transfer to the e-reader.

Hi I managed to set an ID by going into Digital Editions and clicking on the 'help' button.  The drop down menu shows 'Authorise Computer' and if you follow this through you should be able to authorise your computer retrospectively!  Took me 2 days to find it!!!
