i forgot my password that i had used to authorise my computer for digital editions,please help me in retreiving the password.

My email [address deleted by moderator] used to login to Digital Editions is not available anymore.

I cannot remember my password and i cannot use "Forgot Password" feature because the otenet.gr server has deleted my account after chanchged to another internet provider.

My current working apple id is [private information removed by moderator]

Please advice.
