I give up! Still no answers!

Me again!  I have tried everything!!  Downloading, uninstalling,new versions, old versions...  this is so frustrating!  And no answers from Adobe!  This is the worst app ever.  I love my kobo...but I guess it is a paperweight now....  I have literally tried everything.    Today 3.0 actually loaded...but then froze.   I don't know why Adobe can not provide simple answers and fix their app to make it much more user friendly. Thanks for any advice.
