I got a new computer and I can't open any of my ebooks from my Kobe through digital edition

Got a new computer and it is running Win. 10 I downloaded Adobe Digital Edition so I can use my Kobo to download ebooks from Kobo.com but I can open any of the books that are already one my kobo. It keeps asking for a Vendor ID.
