I have authorized my computer but I get told when trying to return a book that "Please authorize your computer first". Not impressed.

I have authorized my PC so that I can do what I need to do, I have un-authorized and re-authorized my computer. I am now getting "Please authorize your computer first" error messages. I find this to be annoying. Anyone with ideas or suggestions?
