I have downloadded BBP study book on my Laptop at home... how do I get it on my work computer?

i downloaded the book. have it visible on my laptop at home...

I donwloaed Adobe Digital on my work PC and now how do I get the book from my private PC to work Laptop?

I watched stuff at youtube read things... nothing works...
