I have Illustrator CS5.1 installed on a Samsung with Windows 8 not enough RAM to save

I have Illustrator CS5.1 installed on a Samsung with Windows 8 and i'm trying to save my work but it says there's not enough memory (RAM) available. Please help I really don't know what to do!... I only have this page open on Firefox and my disk has 568GB available...
