I have reached the maximum number of computers with the same ID

I actually use the same and only pc. I uninstalled n times ADE because I can not read the books of the library on kobo and now the software Adobe digital editions no longer allows me to authorize my PC.

The problem with kobo was as follows: after transferring the book from ADE to Kobo, the black page appeared to me and the message "your eReader is not allowed to open the book".

The ID of kobo and ADE was the same, as long as I could authorize ADE, now I can no longer do that either.
