I have to reinstall Adobe Digital Editions as my computer was hacked. After I download comes up with message - Unable to find a version of the runtime to run this application. I have a PC.

I have to reinstall Adobe Digital Editions as my computer was hacked. After I download comes up with message - unable to find a version of the runtime to run this application. Need DE to download from library. Any suggestions?
