I have two adobe id where one email will be lost soon

I first created an Adobe Id to use Adobe Digital edition.  Another one was later created for PhotoShop on my Note 2 Phone.

This first account was created with an email where i will soon lose access.  What can I do to move all my adobe id under a single one - the second one?
