I installed the Digital Editions reader on my PC, and downloaded all my eBooks there. I have installed the version for Samsung Galaxy 5s on my phone, but can't figure how to connect the two

I thought that having this app on both PC and phone would let me share content but can't figure out how to access what's on my PC.
