I just renewed my subscription - still wont let me access account

I renewed my subscription with a new credit card but since doing so it's not allowing my to access the Adobe Programs I need. How long does this typically take? Do I need to do anything?

    I have read that it will take as much as 24 hours for a purchase to show in your Adobe account after purchase

    Does your Cloud subscription properly show on your account page?

    If you have more than one email, are you sure you are using the correct Adobe ID?

    Log out of your Cloud account... Restart your computer... Log in to your paid Cloud account
