I keep getting an Activation Server Error when trying to Authorize my computer. It says Code: E_AUTH_NOT_READY I can however log into adobe

I can't get Digital Editions to Authorize my computer. I keep getting an error message saying Activation Server error. Adobe chat could not help they sent me here. I can log into adobe so my adobe log in is OK.
