Keep getting error:Activation server not available. E_AUTH_NOT_READY.  Can you ever get in?

    Please try re-authorizing by following the below steps:

    • Press Ctrl+Shift+D to de-authorize ADE
    •   Re-authorize using Help--> Authorrize Computer or Ctrl+Shift+U

    Thank you for this info however I still haven't been able to reauthorize the Nook.  When clicking on the Authorize or Unauthorize in ADE 3 under the Nook nothing happens.  Any other suggestion?
