I migrated my books, and now I can't open them

I installed Digital Editions 3.0 and, when prompted, I migrated my ebooks. Now when I try to open them I can't, and I get message saying the ebook it is not an admitted file. I could see open it and read it just fine just before upgrading. What could be the problem??
