I cannot get Adobe Digital Editions to recognize my Nook HD. Anyone have answers?

    I have the same issue. Has worked well for 4 years and now suddenly ADE can't recognize my nook.  Any solution found?

    I am also having this problem.  Tried to chat and was told to post here and an answer would be posted within 2 - 3 hours..  From the look of this post, that isn't the case.
